The Community Administrator (CA) position with our partner employer provides an opportunity to learn valuable skills.

  • CA's are paid 150$/month per participant they have (To start off they would only have one Au Pair although there is room for growth. We have some CA's now that have 20-30 students they monitor and bring home a nice check). 


Responsibilities and duties may include:

  • Monitoring an Au Pair participant.
  • Meeting potential host families who are interested in hosting an Au Pair.
  • Submitting monthly reports detailing how the Au Pairs program is going.
  • Supporting student Au Pairs (Students report any problems they have to their CA. The CA will try to come up with a solution -- e.g. a mediation meeting between the host family and Au Pair or something else depending on the problem. If the problem is not solvable by the CA it is their responsibility to inform the main office).
