Primary Function/Purpose:

Vespa Group, LLC is seeking individuals seeking Archive Relocation Support staff to supports the safe handling, movement, and placement of State of Indiana archival materials during a large-scale relocation project.

Position Responsibilities:

This role includes loading and unloading carts and pallets, preparing materials for transport, scanning items for tracking, placing materials according to move plans, and maintaining a clean, orderly work area.

The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, comfortable performing physical work in an archive environment, and able to follow handling procedures and workplace rules to protect sensitive materials. Boxes may weigh up to 50lbs.

This position runs from June 15th to July 15th 2026.

Individuals who complete the duration of the assignment will receive a bonus payment based on hours worked.
