Responsibilities and duties may include:

• Provide a safe and loving environment for the toddlers in your care
• Change diapers as needed
• Soothe toddlers by singing to and cuddling them
• Supervise toddlers on the floor as they play with age appropriate toys
• Put toddlers down for nap time
• Ensure play, sleep and changing areas are kept clean
• Put info into HiMama real time
• Guiding toddlers through their day.
• Thinking on your feet and responding to each child's needs efficiently.
• Displaying a patient and calm personality coupled with a loving approach to every child.
• Contributing positively to the behavior and social interaction of the children.
• Cleaning and Sanitizing on a daily basis.
• Fill in as needed.
• Provide educational learning experiences in every approach and interaction.
• Develop lesson plans and follow them.
• Create an inclusive learning environment.
• Have a Team-Work makes the DreamWork attitude.
